Salad
Here's a hearty winter if covered with a gentle snow holiday salad. Under a layer of cheese "snow" hid: chicken, pickled onions and nuts. Anyone impressed with this combination, you can try!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Walnuts

    40 g

  • Mayonnaise

    150 ml

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

  • Soy sauce

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Grapes

    1 handful

  • Cheese

Chicken fillet marinated in 2 tbsp spoons of Kikkoman Wok sauce, at least 30 minutes longer. If you have regular soy sauce, then add a pinch of sugar.

Marinated chicken fillets and pan-fried until Golden brown, and cool completely. Boil 3 eggs hard-boiled.

Onions finely cut into half rings. Marinated in a mixture: sugar, soy sauce, Kikkoman Light, wine vinegar (lemon juice) and water for at least 15 minutes. While onions marinate, assemble the salad.

Salad is laid out in layers in a salad bowl or on a platter. Fried chicken fillet cut into thin strips, distributed first layer, apply the mayonnaise in the form of mesh.

Further, on the chicken put a layer of chopped walnuts. I usually for the convenience of their Trou on a coarse grater, and so I have them grind faster. On top of the walnut layer also make mayonnaise mesh.
