Braised pork with mushrooms
Wonderful recipe! Prepared simply and quickly, the meat turns out very soft and delicious. This dish I cooked in multivarka VITEK VT-4215 BW.


  • Pork

    700 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Soy sauce

  • Spices

  • Corn starch

    1 tsp


Photo open in full size when you click! Mushrooms thawed. Pork cut into small pieces.
Put the mushrooms in a bowl multivarki. To enable multiverse, select the mode "Roasting", time 15 minutes.
Slightly fry the mushrooms, add the meat and too little fry. Pour meat 200 ml of milk.
Add soy sauce to taste. Set the mode "Stewing" time 1 hour. In the remaining 50 ml of milk to dissolve the starch and add to the meat after boiling.
Shortly before the end of cooking, add to meat spices to taste.
Side dish - your choice. Best of all, for our liking, with mashed potatoes. But pasta and rice is also delicious!
