We will prepare all products. Meat (pork, beef or chicken legs) you need to boil and cut into strips. Fresh carrots and boiled eggs grate on a coarse grater. Medium onion cut into small dice. Canned peas to the bowl from the jar, drain the liquid.

The onions need to marinate. To do this, add a small pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon sugar and vinegar. Mix, marinate for 20-30 minutes.
