In General, the recipe was a step not to break, because it said to mix but don't stir (whip) :), but I know for myself that step-by-step convenient. Mix the milk (can be cold), eggs, baking soda, baking powder. The used measuring Cup is 250 ml

Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa and mix.

Sift the flour mix, add the oil, mix again.

Last add the boiling water (straight from the plate), mix well (batter will be liquid) and then pour into a saucepan multivarki, pre-greased with a thin layer of butter.

Bake at mode "BAKED" 60 minutes. I have the maximum time in this mode, 33 minutes, so I put 2 times.

The finished cake remove from the slow cooker using bowls for steamers and allow to cool on a wire rack.

Meanwhile, prepare your favorite cream. I cooked from butter+condensed milk, the author of the recipe has heavy cream+powdered sugar, but You to your taste. Today I cooked it again, there was no time to prepare the cream and I missed it blackcurrant mashed with sugar (store-bought), my husband liked more than cream :)

Cut the cake into 3 layers, smeared with cream, plus the top and sides and decorate according to your taste and desire :)
