Iris Jams at the baked milk
Hello, my dear! Today for tea prepared a very tasty toffee and could not share this wonderful recipe! From a simple set of ingredients obtained delicious toffees with a strong creamy vanilla taste. To cook easier! Will appeal to everyone!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

Cooking

In a bowl combine all ingredients and pour melted milk.

Cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes, stirring constantly.

The finished mixture should be thick, with a bright caramel color.

To toffee turned out beautiful, I take molds for ice (saw on some cooking site :-[ ) They need a little grease with vegetable oil. Then pour the mass and put into the freezer for 30 minutes.
