Fruit pilaf
Very tasty, easy, diet fruit rice. Recipe adapted for a slow cooker but you can cook in the casserole. Delicious both hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    2 cup

  • Water

    4 cup

  • Figs

    70 g

  • Dried apricots

    70 g

  • Prunes

    70 g

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

At the bottom of the bowl from multivarki pour oil, put the carrots, raisins.

Dried apricots and prunes cut in half. Put on the raisins.

Add the sliced figs and sprinkle with turmeric.

Wash rice in water 5-7 (!!!) definitely. Do not neglect this!!! Add in the bowl multivarki. Pour water with dissolved salt.

Choose the mode "Pilaf", and go about their business.
