Bacon baked in foil
And I again to you with a fat. Who doesn't love bacon?! and since I only had half of Ukrainian blood, and draws me to this product! So today, bake it in the oven. It turns out delicious both hot and cold, as a snack. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Fat

    1.5 kg

  • Garlic

    7 tooth

  • Salt

  • Mustard

    20 g

  • Spices

Fat wash, cut into pieces small. RUB the spice mix I had for barbecue. Will despegue garlic.

Wrap in foil. And remove overnight in the refrigerator. So in the morning take it out and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 200g. But the time depends on the layer of meat from your fat. I was not fat fat.
