Cake with raspberries
In the season of berries, I suggest you to bake here's a wonderful and fragrant raspberry pie. Baked in multiconvert, but I think the oven will get no worse.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Raspberry

    2 cup

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Beat eggs until fluffy, add sugar and vanilla, again beat well.

Add the soft butter, vegetable oil, mayonnaise.

Add the flour, beat with a mixer.

The Cup multiservice grease with butter, spread half of the dough, then place a layer of berries, cover with remaining batter. On top lay another layer of berries and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake 50 minutes to the bake mode with the open valve. (I have the power m/s 1000W - guided by their own). When ready, let stand for 10 minutes, then gently remove the cake using the grid for a couple. Cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh raspberries (optional).
