Pickled pig ears
Appetizer, of course, an Amateur. But we love! Come to Odessa immediately ran to the market for these ears. It seemed to us that nowhere else do not know how to do this yummy. In Odessa have not been. And tabs wanted!

Ingredients

  • Offal

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Vinegar

  • Coriander

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Ears to wash. If very large, cut in half. Boil in salted water for 1.5-2 hours. Cool.

While the ears are cooling, prepare the marinade. Mix the oil, vinegar, coriander, pepper, paprika, Basil, crushed Bay leaf and garlic. Add the sugar (1 tsp) and salt to taste.

Now you need to cut the lugs into small long strips. This is best done with scissors. Much faster and easier than with a knife. Then I volunteered to help the husband :-).

Spread the sliced ears in a plastic bag.

Pour the marinade. Package tie and shake thoroughly to the marinade properly distributed. Now remove a day in a cool place. Do not worry if the ears cure in the package, like jelly :-). They are well "versed" then :-).
