Description

Christmas Lenten cookies
This cookie has no butter, no eggs, but it's delicious, crunchy, spicy, Christmas! For kneading the dough will need a saucepan, a spoon and 10 minutes. It turns out a lot, enough for gifts and a Christmas tree to hang themselves and to eat! Spices you can take to your taste.

Cooking

step-0
In water, add sugar, vanilla sugar. I have from Dr. Oetker. Over medium heat, stirring bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add honey and spices. Stir well. Add to the oil.
step-1
Pour the flour with the baking powder. I use baking powder Dr. Oetker. To replace the dough it will be sticky. To put it in the bag and put it in the fridge overnight.
step-2
Divide the dough into 4 parts. One part roll out the layer and cut figurines. Do the same with the other dough. Bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes. Be guided by your oven. For the glaze protein mix on low speed, add the lemon juice and icing sugar gradually. If you need is a fast option, do not add protein, and stir the powder with lemon juice.
step-3
Put the frosting in a bag, cut off a small corner and decorate the cookies or use a spoon and a toothpick. On top decorate with candy sprinkles. I have a Dr. Oetker. Happy new year!
