Scare of capelin
Skara is a dish that is prepared from freshly caught small fish. Once the fishermen were preparing Skaro right on the beach. Now those days are unfortunately gone. Skaro was served in restaurants. For your friends and loved ones I am preparing scare of capelin. It turns out very fragrant and tasty fish. To a hot dish is well served with boiled potatoes. And the cold proved to be excellent as a snack with beer.

Ingredients
