Barley porridge with mushrooms and Adyghe cheese
As a child, I barley couldn't stand, but now I just love it, the most interesting is that my men also love eating it in any form, be it soup, rice, porridge, etc. Today I will show you a recipe for porridge with mushrooms and Adygei cheese, tasty, simple and useful!!!

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    1 cup

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Adyghe cheese

    200 g

  • Coriander

    0.25 tsp

  • Zira

    0.25 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

This recipe I cooked in multivarka VITEK VT-4215 BW. Pearl barley must be soaked overnight.

Mushrooms should be well washed and cut into slices.

Bell pepper cut into cubes. Onion and garlic finely chop.

In the bowl multivarki pour vegetable oil, add all the spices, close the lid multivarki, select the Fry program, set the time 30 minutes. Fry the spices for a few minutes, then add the mushrooms, bell pepper, onion and garlic. Fry until the end of the program, stirring occasionally.

Upon completion of the program to put the mushrooms in a bowl and wash the bowl multivarki.

In a clean bowl multivarki pour the pearl barley, pour hot water from calculation 1:2, close the lid, choose a program to Cook, set the time 1 hour and 10 minutes. Pearl barley periodically stir. When the porridge is almost ready add salt it to taste.

When the porridge is ready it must be mixed with mushrooms and finely chopped (or crumbled) Adyghe cheese. Lay porridge on plates, serve sprinkled with finely chopped dill. Bon appetit!!!
