Description
Traditional American Turkey for Thanksgiving is always served with cranberry sauce, but he also goes well with game and pork, and according to my husband, with any meat. Not even fans of the combination of meat with sweet sauce can eat it like jam with bread, which our family often does after the holidays because cranberries are very good for health.

Cooking
Here are the products I used in preparing the sauce.
Prepare the syrup: mix the juice with sugar and bring to a boil.
Add washed, enumerated cranberries, cover with lid and allow to boil.
Diminish the fire and, stirring from time to time, cook for 10 minutes.
Add the zest, stir, and put in the cold. Can be served when cool but is better the next day. All a pleasant appetite!
