Spicy salad with meat.

Ingredients

  • Noodles

    0.5 kg

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 piece

  • Kohlrabi

    2 piece

  • Chili

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Jusy

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Soy sauce

  • Vinegar

Cooking

Noodles boil in salted water.

Drain, rinse, cool.

Carrots and kohlrabi to RUB on a grater for Korean carrot or cut into thin wedges.
