Soup Veloute of cauliflower
Incredibly soft, velvety soup. Highly recommend!!!

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.333 tsp

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

Cooking

Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences, wash and cook in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.

Heat the olive and butter.

Onion, diced, and garlic sauté on low heat until transparent.

Add the potatoes (it gives the soup a "velvety"), diced.

And cauliflower. "Then" in oil for 5-7 minutes.

And enter the hot broth cauliflower (it should cover the vegetables). Cook until the vegetables are tender, 10-12 minutes.
