Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients.
In a saucepan (I have a-liter) put the fish head, tail, onion, carrot, green part of the leek, Bay leaf, pepper peas. Fill with water, sprinkle with salt, set on fire.
After boiling, add 2-3 potatoes (can be cut in half to cook faster).
After about 20 minutes (as cooked potatoes), strain the broth, to separate the potatoes and mash with a fork.
Clean broth put on the stove and bring to a boil.
Rest of potatoes cut into wedges or cubes.
Add to boiling broth potatoes and a sprig of fragrant thyme.
Meanwhile, make zazharku,
In butter fry the carrots and leeks until Golden brown.
After boiling the saucepan with potatoes, add salmon fillet and cook for about 15-20 minutes.
While everything is cooking, add the browned vegetables to the mashed potatoes.
If the potatoes and fish is cooked, add the contents of the plates into the pot.
Mix and leave on low heat for another 2-3 minutes. Ideally, if the soup cook for a while, but we usually start eating immediately.
The soup is rich, fragrant and incredibly delicious!
