Veal in a sauce with mushrooms from the slow cooker
I suggest to try the tender and juicy veal with mushrooms cooked in multivarka VITEK VT-4214.

Ingredients

  • Veal

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Cream

    200 ml

To prepare this dish I'll be in multivarka VITEK VT-4214.

Veal cut from the films, cut into random pieces (I have the size of a mushroom).

Mushrooms, I clean from the film. I have mushrooms average, closer to the small size - I cut them I will not leave intact.

Include mode "Browning", heat the vegetable oil, spread the meat pieces and fry till the blush to evaporate all the moisture.

Add sliced onion half rings, fry.

Add cleaned mushrooms, stir fry quickly for several minutes. Turn off the slow cooker.

Pour in the heavy cream, salt, percu to taste.

Include the mode of "Fighting" 50 minutes after the end of the program spread on a dish and served to the table. For a side dish perfect pasta, potatoes, rice, cauliflower.
