Lenten sugar cookies
I recently did yeast sugar cookie that is loved by all my. But that's not the problem, I can't yet, but really wanted to. So through trial and error I made this cookie for myself. It is obtained with the aroma of sesame seeds and very crumbly. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Water

    60 g

  • Soy sauce

    20 g

  • Sesame oil

    70 g

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    2 g

Cooking

Yeast ( they must be FRESH, otherwise you risk getting the smell of yeast in biscuits ) crumble, mix with warm water and 1 tsp sugar. Leave to stand for 5-7 min. of Sesame oil to pour into the bowl, add soy sauce "Kikkoman" sweet mix. In makenow mixture add the yeast that has begun to ferment and stir.

Pour the sifted flour mixed with vanilla and powdered sugar, knead a soft dough. It should not stick to hands, but tight it will not.

Divided into several parts and roll into a long (sausage ). Roll thoroughly in sugar. Then cut the sausages into pieces. Put on a baking tray.

Bake at t= 180 until Golden brown, about 20 min. Immediately separate the cookies from the pan and then allow to cool. Otherwise, then do not tear off without breaking it.
