Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    450 g

Cooking

step-0
Half a Cup of flour, half a Cup of warm milk, yeast and sugar make a brew (I love to look at the dough, it is like a living - breathing!).
step-1
Of the remaining flour, milk, salt, 50 g of butter and dough knead the dough (I trusted the bread maker, she's better than me with it and, moreover, she was not against it )) - batch 20 minutes).
step-2
The finished dough to put into the Cup and let it rise, punch down again and allow to rise (approximately 1.5 hours).
step-3
Divide the dough into 2-3 parts. Each roll out to a thickness of 4mm and cut into rectangles (I got 15 pieces).
step-4
Remaining butter to melt. Each piece of dough dipped in butter
step-5
And put in loaf pan. My dough took all the space in the form, but it's good when the dough came and the bread was baked, bread has taken the entire form, so I recommend a form to be filled in completely, leave some space. Cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes.
step-6
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, put down a container of water. Bake the bread for 30-40 minutes. Then remove from the oven, cover with a towel for 10 minutes. Then pull from the mold and allow to cool on a wire rack.
step-7
This bread doesn't even have to cut, he immediately breaks off a piece. Very convenient.
