Chinese fried dumplings
Cooked at your own risk! Husband is a carnivore discouraged. But I went for it and did not regret!!! Recipe from the "school of Gastronome".

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

  • Ginger

  • Greens

  • Green beans

    400 g

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

The beans should be washed, dried, finely grind in a blender. In a pan fry the chopped leeks, greens, beans and ginger. Cook 5 min.

Transfer to a bowl the vegetables, allow to cool, add the egg, soy sauce, starch, sugar, salt, pepper. Stir and leave for 30 min.

To make dumpling dough (the recipe had flour pour the boiling water, I did not dare, I do not understand). Let rest the dough for 30 minutes Roll the dough into a thin layer, cut circles, put the filling, stung the edge and to give form.
