I want to share a very simple recipe of this snack like cucumber rolls with trout and cream cheese, which turn out very tender, tasty and will decorate any holiday table.
Ingredients

Cucumber

Trout
150 g

Cream cheese
50 g

Sesame
2 tsp
Cooking
Cucumber good wash.
With a vegetable peeler, slice the cucumber into thin strips.
Trout cut into small strips.
On each cucumber strip to put trout.
Then one end of the strip to put a half a teaspoon of cream cheese.
Collapse rolls, starting from one end, which is lined with cheese.
