Outdoor curd tart with currants
Delicious open cheese pie with currants. Bake for several seasons. Currants also can be frozen to use. The first "test flight" on this website in the recipes. I only use recipes website.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Sugar

    6 tsp

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Black currants

    300 g

First make the dough: mix melted butter with sugar, egg and vanilla sugar, then add flour and baking powder. The dough will be very soft and plastic.
