Potatoes baked with fitaki in a slow cooker
Fast, easy and incredibly delicious! Cooked in a slow cooker "Vitek" VT-4206-R

Ingredients

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Dill

  • Feta

    100 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, with the two sides cut a small piece (as pictured)

Remove credence from kartafla thin sharp knife or a small spoon.

Every thing to shower with salt and spices until to set them aside.

Feta (I used the fitaki) mashed with a fork

Add to mashed fukatsu finely chopped dill, black pepper, spices and mix well.

Stuff the mix in the potatoes

In the bowl of MV pour oil, spread it all over the bowl and put potatoes

Choose the mode "Pastries", the default time is 50 min.
