Appetizer of cabbage with carrots in Korean
Revised recipes on the website, was surprised that no such (although may be wrong). My husband this recipe is so loved that make it almost every week. This vitamin snack can come in handy during Lent.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Chili

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Oil, soybean

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Take the cabbage and carrots, wash, peel. Cabbage cut into squares of about 3 cm Carrot grate into thin strips.

Add salt, black pepper, vinegar and carefully stir fray.

Add the coriander, chilli and grated on a fine grater garlic. Pepper put to taste, but my husband is always small.

Pour soy sauce "Kikkoman". Stir.

Onion peel and cut into small cubes. Fry the onion until zolotisty on soybean oil.

Strain oil through a sieve for vegetables, press the bow, we do not need to snack.

Mix vegetables with oil, put to infuse, preferably overnight. This dish tastes better the more infusions.
