A variation on the theme... Very ordinary and day to day looks are already on our tables eateries liver cakes. I wanted something new, interesting, but, at the same time, close to a favorite recipe. I represent to your attention these tasty, juicy, "cakes", which will adorn any table))

Cooking
Mushrooms (I had mushrooms) cleaned, cut and sent to the pan. Fry until cooked.
In parallel, fry the onion and carrots, until tender. Salt, pepper.
While we prep our vegetables, take the chicken fillet (breast) and shred - processor, a blender (grinder is better not to use). Add to it salt, pepper and milk, knead thoroughly.
Liver wash and mince too. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk the egg whites until stable peak. Half add to hepatic mass...
The other half is added to the mass of the chicken and gently mix up...
Fry our "pancakes"... they are Prepared very quickly, not peredergivaete..
Begin to assemble the "cake"))) Take liver "crumpet", spread on her carrot-onion sauté and serve chicken "muffin"..
On top lay a layer of mushrooms (the mushrooms add the cream) and cover the liver "muffin". Repeat the layer contents, chicken and mushroom.
Actually all))) Our "cake" is ready. I did not want to overload them with unnecessary treatment, because they themselves are very juicy (probably affected by the lack of flour).
