Caucasian salad
This salad is good for male company. The meat, rich and spicy. But if among ladies is a thrill, you can join. On the eve of 23 February, I recommend to pay attention to this salad.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    600 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    200 g

  • Tomato sauce

    100 g

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

Beef boiled with spices at your discretion. I usually add salt, pepper, sweet peas, Laurel, ginger. While cooking meat, onion peel and cut into quarter-rings. Sprinkle with vinegar and leave for 5 minutes. I held longer, stirring occasionally onions in a bowl. Carrots grate on a coarse grater.

Mix the filling. Mix the mayonnaise and tomato sauce (original-Caucasian adjika). Add a mixture of peppers.
