Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    190 g

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

Sift the flour. Add baking powder and mix well.

Grate the lemon zest on a fine grater. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon (should have about 3 tbsp of juice).

Mix the lemon juice, zest and vegetable oil.

Beat the eggs with the sugar for approximately 5-7 minutes until fluffy.

To the egg-sugar mixture, add flour with baking powder and lemon mixture. Mix gently. Let the dough "rest" for 10 minutes. Container-the steamer lay parchment and grease it with vegetable oil.
