Pear pie on the yolks
It so happens that remain the yolks from the eggs. And sometimes do not know where to attach them. Digging online, found a recipe that's this simple biscuit. It can be used as a base for the cake, I simply baked with pears in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Potato starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Pear

    3 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Soft butter to pound with sugar and vanilla

Add the egg yolks, whisking

Then pour the warm milk

Flour mixed with baking powder and starch and add to the batter

Beat the dough with a mixer until smooth

Pear clean, cut into slices and spread on top of pie. I baked in 40 minutes (with open valve). In the oven bake at t-180* for 30 minutes. When ready allow to cool and decorate with icing sugar. Enjoy your tea!
