Vegetable pie with sauce some Parmigiano
Delicious and juicy vegetable dish cooked in multivarka VITEK VT-4214.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Mozzarella

  • Parmesan

    30 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Cheese

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Bow white

  • Garlic

1 zucchini, eggplant cut into cubes. The second zucchini cut into slices thickness of about 5 mm. grate Cheese on a grater.
