Air biscuit with cream filling, nuts and fruit. A very delicious cake! The recipe is from the book "Cakes in a slow cooker". Invited to a tea party!

The Cup multivarki my volume of 2.5 L. to Split eggs on whites and yolks. Whites beat with a mixer at low speed until frothy. So the squirrels better eggs, add the lemon juice. Increasing speed, continue to whisk the egg whites until stable peaks. Continue beating at high speed, a thin stream pour sugar.
Beat the yolks in a separate bowl.
Sift the flour several times. The last time sift into the beaten egg whites. On top pour the egg yolks. Gently, slowly stir the contents of bowl with a spatula, making movements from the bottom up. Grease the bowl multivarki butter. Gently lay it thick sponge mass. Flatten the surface gently. Turn on the program "Cakes" on 65 minutes. Upon completion of the program to take out the Cup cake from the slow cooker and leave it to cool in the bowl. After 10-15 minutes remove the cake from the Cup by means of a tray of the steamer and cool completely on wire rack. Stand the cake for at least 6 hours.
Carefully cut with a biscuit upper part 1 cm thick and set aside. To make a circular cut along the walls at a distance of 1-1,5 cm and carefully select the pulp, leaving intact the sides and bottom.
For the cream beat softened at room temperature butter and combine with condensed milk.
Walnuts grind in a blender. Soft prunes scalded with boiling water, dried, soak in boiling water for 10 minutes. Dry and finely chop. Crumble out of the biscuit crumb and mix with the cream, nuts and prunes.
Put half of the mix in the biscuit base, put a layer of sliced bananas and then the remaining part of the mass. Cover the cake cut the top and slightly press it.
The cake can be covered with chocolate or whipped cream. Stand the cake in the refrigerator at least 3 hours.
