Tart with liver pâté
Delicious appetizer tart with a crispy basket of pastry and creamy filling. I propose to make this cake instead of the traditional pate in multivarka VITEK VT-4214.

Ingredients

  • Liver pork

    700 g

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    100 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

For making sand foundations of the softened butter, whisk with a pinch of salt, pepper, egg until smooth. Connect wheat flour and whole grain (if you want a more delicate basis - only use wheat flour!), add in the bowl of a mixer, stir until smooth, may need to add a couple of tablespoons of ice water. (Long knead not necessary, just to combine the ingredients!). The resulting dough cover with plastic wrap and put in a cool place.

Liver rinse thoroughly with cool water and cut all veins (best to use chicken livers, it is more delicate!). Blend it in a blender until smooth along with onion and garlic (optional!). The mixture should be puréed. Add the eggs, pour in the cream, add salt (to taste), pepper. Again all whisk in a blender.

The Cup multivarki grease soft butter propylite flour. Prepared dough roll out, put it in the bowl multivarki with a side height of 4-5 cm

Gently pour the mixture on the base. The filling should not reach the edges. Turn on the mode "Pastries" 50 minutes. After graduating from the program must be fully cooled cake with open lid multivarki. Top the cooled cake cover with cling film, pull out with pan for steaming. The top I decorated with cream of salted butter!
