Soup
Mushroom, creamy, fragrant soup. Very tender, very tasty. It's worth a try. And helped me cook my multivarka VITEK VT-4203 SR.

Ingredients

First, I cooked the broth (carrot, onion, celery, the stems from the dill and parsley).

To turn on the "low volume", pour into the bowl multivarki olive oil and butter and fry chopped onion until transparent, then add the finely chopped mushrooms (champignons or white) and garlic.

Pour the sauteed vegetables with the vegetable stock.

And enable Multiverse VITEK VT-4203 SR to the mode "soup" for 1 hour.

Pour into a blender. Add 50 ml of cream and make a soup.

To serve: in a tureen pour the soup, whisk hot cream into a lather, put a cap of cream on the soup, sprinkle the mushroom powder, soup-cappuccino is ready. I served with garlic croutons. Cut off a piece of bread, cut it diagonally, mix olive oil, crushed garlic. Slathered bread, baked in the oven until the blush, turned, sprinkled with grated cheese, baked to melt more cheese and sprinkled with chopped parsley.

The cream I was whipping with such a French press. Warmed up the cream to a boil, pour into this thing and the piston here and there was populicola. It took me literally 10 movements and I got a fluffy foam.
