Offer one of the options "Falafel". On the website there are several. This dish, which is prepared from any species of legumes. We love to make ordinary peas and lentils , plain burgers, thin crust. Combinations - of course the mass!A perfect dish for vegetarians, as well as in the post.

Ingredients

  • Peas

    200 g

  • Lentils

  • Garlic

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Spices

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Soak the peas(I do it overnight).And cook it until soft(I would even say that it just got soft).Very well drained water(through a sieve)

Take red lentils(I love it,it cooks very quickly and it is very tasty). 10 minutes to boil.It you will immediately become soft.Drain well the water.Turned a puree mass.

I usually bring my beans to a state of mass that I don't have to put in a blender or food processor(I've gotten good at it).If you have not puréed,use a blender (mainly peas(lentils don't touch) and if you make beans,garbanzo)
