Banana upside-down cake in a slow cooker
Quick, tasty and very, very tasty!!! I am a lover of bananas, I'm baking they're not like that very much. Husband bought for the baby bananas but they taste not sweet, the child is not. Well not to throw out five bananas. I decided to use the slow cooker to cook the pie. The cake turned out so delicious that my husband and child ate half a cake at once (singing ... chew coconuts, eat bananas ...Chunga-Changa), and I have great pleasure in one piece, it came out insanely aromatic, sweet, caramel!!! We will cook in multivarka VITEK VT - 4200

Ingredients

  • Banana

  • Butter

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    3 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.33 tsp

  • Carnation

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Good to lubricate the bottom of the bowl multivarki, the remnants of the oil to crumble and leave in the bowl.

Evenly on the bottom of the bowl pour the 2 tablespoons of brown sugar ( I have Demerara)

Place the bananas, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
