Fried dumplings
Very simple, very tasty, but for some reason absolutely unknown by the majority of the dish.. the Dumplings are soft and delicious. Yum!

Ingredients

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Dumplings

    20 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Frozen dumplings (whether purchased or hired own favorite recipe) spread on the pan, greased with vegetable oil. Put on the fire, slightly less than the maximum.

Salt and pepper to taste. I use freshly ground black pepper and a little marjoram - they give the dish a special deliciousness, but theoretically, you can apply any nababan spices.

When the dumplings fry until it will turn brown on one side, flip them over and salt/pepper on the reverse side.

When dumplings are browned on the reverse side, increase the heat to maximum, pour water so that it covers the bottom by about half an inch and close the lid.

Once all the water evaporated (not later and not before), remove from heat. And, voila! The dish is ready! ;) Can be served with any sauce with mayonnaise, with ketchup, with vinegar - it's a matter of taste. There was no person who would not like!
