Cooking
Dough:flour pour on the table slide, make a well in the funnel, enter the eggs and season with salt. Start kneading the dough. Leave for 20 minutes covered with a towel. Divide it into 9 portions, roll into thin sheets 1.5 mm. Cut into squares. I always make lasagna from your test. And yesterday decided to buy ready-made sheets. Here are... If you are too lazy to prepare the dough, you too can buy in the store ready-made lasagna sheets. Even if it says that they can't cook anyway cook! Well, at least 5 minutes. Then the leaves are sent to the colander, poured cold water from the tap and waiting to excess liquid glass.
In warm water to dissolve the tomato paste. Beef stir-fried with finely chopped onions, add salt and pepper. Simmer until evaporation juice. Add water with dissolved in it tomato paste and cover, simmer until evaporation. The picture is not loaded! A hundred times I tried, well, not like!
Boil the mushrooms, drain, chop. A decoction of the leave. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil.
Spasserovat flour in oil, dilute with hot milk and mushroom broth. Sauce boil for 10 minutes until thick. Add the mushrooms, season with salt, and cook for another 5 minutes.
The dough and cook in salted boiling water with vegetable oil (so the sheets do not stick together) 15 minutes. On the bottom of the form to apply a thin layer of the sauce, build the lasagne.
Coat the dough with the sauce.
Put the filling of minced meat.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Continue alternately sandwiching the lasagna in the same order. The top sheet is lubricated diluted in warm water tomato paste. About 2 tbsp per 100g of water. On top sprinkle the remaining grated cheese.
