Flatbread with smoked chicken
Very urgent dish for a summer picnic! Simple, fast, delicious and satisfying! Fresh crispy tortillas with juicy filling!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

  • Lettuce

    0.5 coup

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Serum

    200 ml

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Corn flour

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

For this recipe I took chicken thighs without the bones and skin.

Onions grind in a blender.

In a bowl mix chopped onion, salt, seasoning Forester for chicken with smoke.
