Brownies with sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and dates
A healthy substitute of all of sweet. Walking through the international culinary sites, I often find recipes without sugar, gluten-free, raw food and vegam. Perfect recipe, not a recipe, and clean, healthy energy in one piece. 15-20 minutes and you are sure that your kids eat healthy food.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate milk

    300 g

  • Pistachios

    60 g

  • Sunflower seeds

    1 cup

  • Sesame

    1 cup

  • Honey

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Cards

    200 g

Cooking

Sesame fry in a dry pan until Golden brown.

Sunflower seeds fry in a dry pan until Golden brown.

Dates to release from the bones.

In the bowl of a blender combine sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, dates, honey, Kikkoman soy sauce (sweet).

Add the cocoa or carob.

Take a lump of the mixture, knead it in the remaining seeds and sesame seeds.

Form to lay a parchment paper, spread the mixture on paper and flatten with your fingers, distributing the form.

Melt the chocolate in a microwave or in a water bath.

Melted chocolate spread on "test".

Sprinkle with pistachio nuts.

Put in freezer for 15 minutes to solidify.

Frozen brownie cut into pieces.
