Description

Pancake loaf with cabbage

Parents, though already accustomed to my culinary zeal, violent fantasies and a wide variety of dishes every day, this loaf was the craziest love it!) And now, with my family, I bake this loaf and will take parents (leave a little house - husband, fastidious in food, does not like cabbage at all), every time we see genuine joy and delight. And it's so nice that tears! This recipe found a long time ago in a sort of culinary calendar, I added a little "gag"). I want to share this recipe with the cooks! We hope You enjoy this very, very tender and delicious pancake cake!

Cooking

step-0
First prepare the pancakes. Separate the whites of the two eggs from the yolks. RUB the yolks with sugar.
step-1
Proteins vzbit in a solid foam with a mixer, adding a teaspoon of salt (the whites should be well chilled).
step-2
To the yolks add the milk, water and enter the flour gradually, stirring to avoid lumps. You should get the dough a little thinner than for pancakes. To enter the whites, continuing to gently mix.
step-3
On oiled pan pour the batter and fry a little plump, but very sweet pancakes.
step-4
Of the test using small pans it turns out 10-12 pieces of pancakes.
step-5
Now proceed to the filling. Shred cabbage into strips.
step-6
Pour the cabbage and milk simmer on medium heat until soft (comes out to about 25 minutes), stirring occasionally.
step-7
Eggs cut average cubes.
step-8
In the finished cabbage add butter and chopped egg.
step-9
Further, in the filling to add a bit of dried dill, it turns out the crazy flavor of the filling. Tried with fresh, but it's not the same as not strange)), salt, pepper and mix well. Our nadinochka ready!
step-10
Baking dish (I have an ordinary Teflon cake tin so accustomed to it, only in it and bake the loaf of bread) and butter. Lay out the crepes alternately with cabbage filling, pressing slightly with your hands.
step-11
The last layer to cover the pancake.
step-12
Prepare the sauce. Eggs beat well with milk and sour cream, salted and pepper to taste, adding quite a bit of dried dill.
step-13
To fill our pancakes with cabbage in the form so that the fill covered the pie edges and slightly covers the top of the pancake. Bake for about 25 minutes at medium temperature (180*C).
step-14
The fill should "seize" and a cake to swell and to rise properly). The knife I pick at the edges, so that after it was easy to get out of shape, that our very tender loaf has not collapsed.
step-15
When cool, overturn the form. Here we have a handsome man it turns out).
step-16
Cut into slices and enjoy.. Mommy my tea and coffee without eating it, already closing his eyes, honestly)). In General, beverages are at Your discretion!
