Liver cake
It turns very... very... delicate taste... well, just a WONDERFUL DISH for all lovers of the liver!!!

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Carrots

    500 g

  • Onion

    500 g

  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Them the liver in a meat grinder.

Add liver to the stuffing of semolina.

Add salt, pepper, stir and put into the fridge for 1-1,5 hours.

Cut onion, carrots TREN on a grater, in the form lubricated with oil.

A little bit of mayonnaise... lubricates the surface of the meat. And repeat the layers again... onion, carrot, minced, mayonnaise.
