Cooking

step-0
Away we go! To start sift the flour.
step-1
Add the yeast, salt to taste, butter and whey and knead the dough.
step-2
The dough should not stick to hands.
step-3
Divide the dough into balls, about the size of an average Apple. Cover with a tea towel and leave under a towel for 30 minutes.
step-4
For the filling... Mmm! Very tasty... Slice the onion and fry in oil (sunflower). Add paprika and other spices! Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and fry with onion.
step-5
Add the ground beef and fry well with onions and spices...
step-6
Add chopped greens and stir. Remove from heat. The aroma will please you. Believe me! Mint, Parsley, and... best meat... the Flavor is divine!
step-7
Our dough balls a little approached. Roll out one ball into a very thin layer. The dough is elastic and does not tear. Put the filling on half of "pellet"
step-8
Cover with second half and close up the edges. Lay on a dry (hot) frying pan!
step-9
Fry on medium heat a few minutes on each side. Tortillas cooked through quickly and do not burn!!!
step-10
So come with all. 2 first fill the rest of the arugula.
step-11
After meat... And again... Close the arugula with half of the dough and fry again on a dry pan on both sides!
step-12
Continue until all the dough is over. You can add a little feta (if any) or cottage cheese, or other cheese... There is an unreal field for your imagination!
step-13
Bon appetit! I hope not tired of the photos!
