Very long searched for this recipe, love this coffee, always order it in a local coffee shop, hence the name...

The yolk RUB with sugar. Those who prefer coffee is not sweet, put 1-1,5 tsp sugar, the flavor will be richer, but the sweet cloying you will not feel.
Mix the egg mixture with coffee, cover with warm boiled water.
Heated on high heat for 1(!) a minute, stirring, important not to overdo that the yolk is not cooked, and coffee should have a thickish consistency.
Pour coffee in the cups, you can decorate whipped cream, I never do, I hate to interrupt the unique taste of coffee. Enjoy aromatic and in my opinion the most unusual and delicious coffee.
