Potatoes with crispy crust
Remember the movie "Girls"? Remember how funny girl Tosya with vehemence lists potato dishes? I love this movie. And potatoes, too, very much! So, I decided to add to the list Toshinobu another dish.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Bread crumbs

    70 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

  • Greens

Cooking

Potatoes boiled in their skins and cut each tuber into four parts.

Prepare the coating: in the breadcrumbs, add salt, pepper, any (to your taste) spices and fresh or dried herbs. I added dry red Basil, oregano (oregano), coriander and Khmeli-suneli.

Slice potatoes, dip in the water.

Spread on oiled baking pan, put in a preheated 200 degree oven. After 5-7 minutes, look if the side is brown and the crust has become solid, turn slices on the other side, another 5-7 minutes on the back and in the same period of time, turn off and serve as a side dish or as a separate dish.

Ready the potatoes turns out very tasty, spicy, tender flesh as in a box, enclosed in a crust of dry bread. Delicious!!!
