Recently here at a forum read that at the celebration of the OTHERS in the restaurant served potatoes "Idaho." Very interested, what sort of kind of dish and how to cook it, did some digging online and here... Very tasty!!!!!!

Cooking
1. Potatoes are well rinsed (clear is not necessary), cut lengthwise into eight slices (cut into halves, then into quarters, etc.).
2. Put the potatoes in a saucepan, cover with cold water, add a little salt, bring to a boil (with lid on) and cook in boiling water 2 minutes (with the lid open).
3. Drain the water (put the potatoes in a strainer) and let the potatoes cool slightly.
4. Mix the olive oil with finely chopped greens, squeezed through chesnokodavilku garlic and hot pepper sauce. 5. Grease the potato wedges with this mixture.
6. Lay on a baking sheet or in a form and bake for 20-25 minutes.
