Lutenitsa
The classic version of delicious Bulgarian barbecue sauce!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    500 g

  • Pepper

    300 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

Tomatoes, mince. Put it on the stove to evaporate.

Pepper bake in the oven until the formation of "black spots" ( I foil baked). For 10 minutes leave in tin foil. Peeled and seeded. Mince together with garlic.

Add to the tomatoes. Pour in the oil. Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste ( I added a little bit of the process of evaporation). Continue to evaporate to a thick state, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat. Allow to cool. Well suited to meat, fish, vegetables.
