Baked liver with vegetables
Unfortunately, recently I have to follow a fairly strict diet. Miss my favorite foods and products, but try to diversify your menu, so to speak, within reason. The liver is now for me one of the main products. Some of the dishes I from it didn't! Through trial (but not error) I get this casserole. In my opinion, is a great option. Come in today eat a delicious diet liver casserole with vegetables and cold this is a wonderful pate.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    600 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Pumpkin

    100 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Seasoning

  • Water

The liver is very carefully washed and cut into large pieces.

Prepare the vegetables: onion, carrot, garlic. This time I added a stalk of celery and a slice of pumpkin. Cut into large chunks.

Pour the liver and vegetables with water, bring to a boil, carefully removing the foam. Cook for 30-40 minutes.

15 minutes before end of cooking add salt, black pepper, Bay leaf.

Boiled vegetables and liver to cool down (I cool in the same broth). Liver is cleaned from the film (with boiled liver it is very easy to remove). Vegetables and liver to scroll through a meat grinder. If the mass is dry, add a little broth. Put into a form and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
