Fish
So the fish cooks, my mom and her taste is familiar to me from childhood. Fish turns out very tender, so much that I want supplements. On the website there are similar recipes, but mine is slightly different in technique, but as we all know, even one ingredient changes the taste of the dish.

Ingredients

  • Pollock

    700 g

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

  • Flour

    100 g

Cooking

Fish clean, wash, cut into portions (each about 4 pieces), salt.

Dip them in flour and spread on a pan with vegetable oil. The fish need to fry on high heat until Golden brown.

While the fish is fried cut onions.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Sour cream, mayonnaise and all the spices (except the garlic) combine, a little potseluem and diluted with water (approximately 50-70мл). It all depends on the thickness of Your sour cream and mayonnaise.

Our fish is fried, remove it in the same pan throws a bow. Slightly fry it.

Onions put the fish, pour the sauce, close the lid, make a small fire and leave it for 40 minutes.
