Zucchini soy-garlic
Flavorful, easy to prepare dish with minimum ingredients. An excellent appetizer for the Lenten table or a delicious side dish to the main meat dish!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Zucchini cut into cubes.

In a pan heat oil and add the finely chopped garlic.

In a few minutes, put the zucchini. Fry them on all sides until Golden crisp, stirring occasionally. At this point you can add salt.

Add sugar and soy sauce "Kikkoman" and fry, stirring, another 3 to 5 minutes. It is served hot!
