Cooking
Prepare the dark dough: Mix protein, sugar, and butter.
Mix the flour with cocoa.
Pour the flour with cocoa in protein mass. Mix thoroughly. Get a very thick, plastic dough.
Smear a thin layer of dough on a silicon Mat and
apply with a notched scraper patterns on the test. Place the baking tray in the freezer.
Meanwhile, prepare the light dough. Stir eggs with sugar and salt. Not to beat!
Mix the flour with the baking powder and pour in the egg mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Pour light weight on top of the frozen dark dough and spread it in a thin layer.
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 160*C
Exactly crop the resulting cake edges and cut into strips of a width of about 3-6 cm depending on the height of the cake.
