Yesterday was the anniversary of the wedding my husband's parents 38 years together!!! Well, of course, the whole family gathered, and that is one of the dishes that I made - these delicate baskets with cheese and beets!!! Everyone who tried it, was delighted!!! Ingredients

  • Butter

    170 g

  • Flour

    270 g

  • Cream cheese

    170 g

  • Parmesan

    115 g

  • Black pepper

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

1. Oil through a coarse grater.

2. Combine the salt and flour, add to oil, mix well before the formation of a small lump, 2 with knives, I did it by hand.
